On Saturday the 24th of May I was touring around when I needed to log into the system & transfer some information from one Case Manager to another. I was able to utilise a tablet & easily log in, affect the changes & confirmed via phone later on that all this had occurred. (The new party had no idea where / how I had done this & I guess they assumed I was at home or at work). I had no doubt the system could do this, but it was great to see how easy & well it was to do so

It has enhanced our ability to interpret our data faster with more efficiency. The reporting functionality which we now have allows us to respond faster to our clients and intervene before health events take place. Our case managers took to the software without the slightest of problems and were all capable within approximately 2-4 hour after completing the training sessions

I just wanted to say a big thank you for your online training session yesterday I found it very useful and personal and your style of teaching and training was very open, clear and approachable. As I am currently learning several new database systems in other government organizations, I just wanted to say that I have found the 2CRisk program the easiest to comprehend and navigate, and in fact believe it is the most psychologically appropriate database I have been involved in so far.
